We’ve refreshed and reengineered the Sorted App so we can move faster to make life simpler for you. We've cleaned up the user interface as well as a lot of changes behind the scenes. Read on for details…

Your property and available services appear on the home screen.

We’ve listened to customer feedback and now we display the payment frequency upfront for each individual service.

Signing up to electricity and broadband has been simplified to give you visibility and control.

The new interface allows you to more easily see the plan you’re on and access your invoices and transaction history when you go into each service.

 

 

More tools for tenants

If your property management agency is with Sorted, you can now access your rental payments history and change your rent payment method all within the Sorted App.

You can also check important dates like your lease end date, lease renewals and you have direct access to all your rent-related documentation.

If it’s broke, fix it!

If your property management agency is with Sorted you can now place a maintenance request in under a minute. Let them know what the issue is, how urgent and upload photos.

You can also access your property manager’s contact details and their real estate agency.

 

 

Track your usage

If you’ve signed up to Sorted Broadband, or Sorted Electricity on a smart meter, you can track now what you’re using against your daily budget.

A sleeker Sorted wallet

Every new customer gets $25 to spend on their first service! if you haven’t already, add Sorted Broadband or Electricity from the home screen.

From the Sorted Wallet, you can view your transaction history across all your active services. You can also update, add and switch payment methods for services at any time.
